Privacy notice

This notice explains the information Dabber uses to provide online bingo ticketing and game services.

Effective from: 21 August 2026

Information we use

We may use account and contact details, ticket and payment records, game participation, host verification information, messages sent to support, and basic technical data such as device, browser and service logs. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by Dabber.

Why we use it

We use information to create accounts, process purchases, deliver bingo books, run and secure games, verify hosts, provide support, keep required records, prevent misuse and improve the service. We only use information where we have an appropriate reason, such as providing the service, meeting a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate operational interest or acting with consent.

Who receives it

Relevant player and purchase details may be shared with the host running a game. We also use service providers for payments, email, hosting, analytics and database services. They receive only the information needed for their role. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people and the service.

Storage and retention

Information may be processed by providers outside Ireland or the EEA using appropriate transfer safeguards. We retain records only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, payment-dispute, safety and fraud-prevention requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on it and complain to the Data Protection Commission. To make a request, email support@dabber.ie. We may need to verify your identity.
