Cancellations and refunds

Refund decisions depend on what happened, the host's published game terms and your statutory rights. This page explains how to ask for help.

Effective from: 21 August 2026

If a game is cancelled

If a host cancels a game, the host should tell players what happens next. Dabber can help trace the purchase and coordinate the appropriate refund or resolution with the host and payment provider.

If you cannot attend

Tickets are for a scheduled live event, so a change of mind or inability to attend does not automatically result in a refund. Check any cancellation terms shown by the host before purchasing. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Duplicate charge or technical problem

If you were charged twice, did not receive your bingo book, or a Dabber fault prevented access, contact us promptly. Do not buy another ticket until you have checked your email spam folder and account.

Requesting a refund

Email support@dabber.ie with your account email, game name and date, purchase reference and a short explanation. Please do not email card details. We will review the service records and may need to contact the host or payment provider before confirming the outcome.
